After
analysis of the technical, commercial, and marketing potential of the
company, Cabinet ID² suggests strategies for developing the
business volume while integrating the policy pursued by management in
the short, middle, and long term.
The
purpose of this "strategic plan" is to define the marketing
positioning of the company, the current and future markets and application
fields, the range of products, and the corresponding internal and external
sales structure.
The
actions to be undertaken are the reactualization if necessary of the present
range, the creation of new products, the penetration of new markets, and/or
new applications, and the choice of appropriate distribution methods.
Within
